"Colors were, honestly, spot on"
I ordered a hoodie, and the color was pretty much exactly like the photos. No weird filtered look, no surprise shade when it showed up, just what I was expecting. I’m happy with it, honestly.

Got the item and it was just like the product page said. No weird surprises or anything off. I remember noticing the box had this tiny little scuff shaped like a comma, but the actual item was totally fine. Overall, straightforward and exactly what I needed

"My refund took longer than it should have"
I returned my order expecting the refund to be straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than I wanted. I had to email them more than once just to find out what was going on, which got annoying because I don’t feel like I should have to chase down my own money. They did refund me eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole process felt slower than it needed to be.

I ordered once and it was fine, but the price felt a bit high for what I got. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just didn’t seem like great value. I also felt a little talked down to when I had a question, which didn’t help. I probably wouldn’t order again unless it was cheaper.

I ordered this from itsnowcool.com, i was kinda surprised by how comfortable it turned out to be. The fit is relaxed but doesn’t feel baggy, and the fabric feels really soft on my skin. I wore it for a full day and never felt itchy or restricted anywhere. Shipping was fine too. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy again.

"Wish I’d Had a Bit More Fit Info"
I used the size guide on It's Now Cool and it did help me choose a size, but I was still second-guessing myself the whole time. Some of the measurements made sense, while others felt a little vague. My order ended up fitting okay, but not quite as well as I hoped. I kind of wish there had been more notes about how the pieces actually fit, because I probably would’ve chosen a different size

I bought this from It's Now Cool a while back, and I’ll admit I’m probably a little biased because I really like stuff that doesn’t feel flimsy right away. This one has held up better than I expected. I use it often, and it still hasn’t cracked, faded, or started feeling cheap. Delivery was totally fine, but what I care about most is that the product actually lasts. So far, I’m really happy with it.

I got such mixed signals from their support team. At first it seemed like they were going to help, but then I’d wait days for a reply, and when they finally got back to me, the answers weren’t really useful. it was frustrating because I didn’t know if they were actually looking into it or just brushing me off.

I was kind of unsure about ordering from itsnowcool.com since online sizing can be all over the place, but this one ended up being close to what I expected.
I went with my usual size, and the fit was about right. It wasn’t too tight or too loose, and the length was roughly what the size chart made it seem like.
Overall, I’m really happy with it. I didn’t have to deal with an exchange or spend too much time guessing, which is always a nice relief

I actually like the overall look of itsnowcool.com, it has a clean vibe, and the colors work REALLY well together. That said, a few pages feel a bit crowded when I’m browsing on my phone. It’s still easy to get around, though. Nice design overall, just not totally perfect.

I was mostly focused on finding the one item I needed, and they actually had it in stock when a few other sites didn’t, so that was a win. I did notice a couple sizes were missing once I looked a little closer, so it’s not perfect. Still, for what I needed, it worked out well and I’d probably check here again.

Honestly... I was disappointed with how this was packaged. The swimsuit was just shoved into a thin mailer with basically no protection, and the bag showed up ripped. The box inside was crushed too, which isn’t what I’d expect after paying this much...

I like that It's Now Cool seems to care about eco-friendly stuff, that part definitely stood out to me. But I couldn’t really find much detail on where the products are made, which left me unsure. It seems okay overall, I just wish there was more proof to back up the claims.

I ordered from It's Now Cool and, the delivery was mostly fine. The tracking actually worked, which I appreciated, and I could see where my order was most of the time.
It showed up on the day they said it would, just a bit later in the evening than I was expecting. Not really a huge issue, and the package itself was in decent shape, so no complaints there.

I’m giving 4 stars because it was reliable, just not especially fast. Whoever runs this could probably tighten up the timing a little, but I’d still order again if I wasn’t in a big rush
